This is an opportunity to see the classroom, meet the teacher, and discuss the transportation, lunch, or health care programs. During Sneak-A-Peek, teachers are unavailable for conferences, as it is a meet-and-greet for parents/children. This event is available for all grade levels (UPK-1st). The event is on August 7th from 3:00 - 4:00.

First Day of School for Students (K-1)

Observed the first Monday in September, Labor Day is an annual celebration of the social and economic achievements of American workers.

This is an opportunity for parents to learn about their child's curriculum and build a partnership in education.

Veterans Day Holiday (Observed) - No School - November 11th is Veterans Day, a time for us to celebrate our DoWEA colleagues who answered our nation’s call to service. To all our veterans, we thank you! Each of you plays a vital role in the success of DoWEA, and enables DoWEA to deliver a world-class education to military-connected children.

This day was established to honor the life and legacy of Dr. King, and to encourage all Americans to volunteer to improve their communities.

Presidents’ Day Holiday - No School

Presidents Day Federal Holiday. Observed the third Monday of February, this day honors all former U.S. presidents.

Enjoy the time off to relax, have fun, and recharge for the remainder of the school year. Have a wonderful Spring Break!

Memorial Day, which is celebrated on the last Monday in May, honors service members who have died in military service to the nation.
