Principals Message

Dear Families,

Next week on Wednesday, the dental clinic will be visiting with students to talk about the importance of good oral hygiene. At home, you may want to capitalize on this as an opportunity to review brushing and flossing teeth. It’s also a good time to talk about not eating too many sweets. This is particularly important as our young students begin losing baby teeth and those adult teeth develop.

With the spring weather approaching, this is also a great time to revisit bike safety with your child. Please ensure that your child has a properly-fitted helmet, and that wearing a helmet is a required part of riding a bike. We want to keep all of our children safe!

Thank you for being part of our school community! Together, we make Pierce Terrace Elementary School special!
