Walk to School Program

In the morning:

Walk with your child from home to school. There will be a person handing out Walk to School brag tags as you enter the school grounds.

Meet staff and volunteers at the Youth Sports Fields parking lot at 7:35 (for those wanting to eat breakfast upon arrival) or 7:55 (for those who have already eaten breakfast). We will write down your child’s name and indicate whether they will walk back to the parking lot in the afternoon, ride the bus, attend CYS, or be picked up by a parent. Parents are welcome to walk with the group or drop their child off. Students will receive a brag tag while their parents sign them in.

After school:

If students walk to school by themselves or with a parent, they will walk to the parent meeting spot at the stop sign.

Those who have signed up to walk back with the group will walk with staff and volunteers back to the parking lot and be handed off to parents. Please be at the parking lot by 3:05.
